Rules:
This years series requires entrants to give the time they expect to run the distance, and then run without a watch or put tape over their watch.
You don’t necessarily have to run fast if it suits you to opt for a slower pace e.g. you’re recovering from injury or you’ve got a race coming up soon, you can put whatever time you feel like doing.
The winner is the runner who finishes the closed to their predicted time.
There will be 20 points for 1st place, 19 for 2nd and so on.
It will be a staggered start with the longer predictions going off first. So if everyone runs to the pace they predicted, everyone should finish pretty much together, which should make for an exciting finish!
